Garantie légale

Tous nos produits bénéficient de la garantie légale de conformité de 2 ans à compter de la date de réception.
Cette garantie couvre les défauts de fabrication ou toute non-conformité du produit.

Si le produit est défectueux ou non conforme, vous avez droit à :

  • une réparation,

  • un remplacement,

  • ou un remboursement selon le cas.

La garantie est automatique et gratuite.

Garantie commerciale (si applicable)

Certains produits peuvent inclure une garantie commerciale complémentaire. Les détails spécifiques sont mentionnés sur la fiche produit ou dans l’emballage. Cette garantie ne remplace pas la garantie légale.

Droit de rétractation et retours

Conformément à la loi, vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours après réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier de motif.

Conditions :

  • Le produit doit être retourné non utilisé, dans son état d’origine et dans son emballage d’origine.

  • Les frais de retour sont à votre charge, sauf si le produit est défectueux ou en cas d’erreur de notre part.

  • Le remboursement est effectué sous 7 jours après réception et inspection du colis retourné.

Aucun retour ne sera accepté si le produit a été utilisé, endommagé ou retourné incomplet.

Produits non éligibles au retour

Pour des raisons d’hygiène, certains articles ne sont pas éligibles au retour une fois ouverts ou utilisés (par exemple : kits de blanchiment dentaire, accessoires de soins bucco-dentaires, etc.).

Procédure de retour

  1. Envoyez un e-mail à support@yoursmilekits.com avec votre numéro de commande et la raison du retour.

  2. Nous vous fournirons l’adresse de retour et les instructions.

  3. Renvoyez le colis en conservant votre preuve d’envoi.

  4. Une fois le colis reçu et vérifié, nous procéderons au remboursement ou à l’échange.

Napping at work should be celebrated not condemned.

We think it's ridiculous and counterproductive to get up at 5am and work 18-hour days. (We're thinking of you, "hustle culture").

And we think a nap is much more effective than coffee.

Because the truth is, your body is programmed to nap. And for good reason. Naps give you the energy, focus, strength and clarity you don't get from dragging yourself through the afternoon.

That's why a big part of our mission is promoting our pro-nap movement.

The Pro-Nap movement aims to reject the counterproductive and shameful corporate nonsense about napping.

For years, Manta Sleep's founders were denied well-deserved rest in the corporate world.

Every afternoon, after lunch, their eyes would glaze over as they aimlessly scrolled their cursor over their Excel spreadsheets.

Instead of taking a little nap to refresh themselves, they were forced to spend the afternoon devoting all their creative energy to simply staying awake. Ridiculous.

The Pro-Nap movement aims to create a community that encourages thriving and change in our businesses and communities.

And to reclaim what should have always been yours: your vitality.
